About Apex Physical Rehabilitation & Wellness:
In 1999, Amir Kazemi opened his first outpatient physical therapy clinic with a vision to create an exceptional patient experience.
After almost 25 years serving the Houston community, Dr. Kazemi’s evidence-based clinical approach has helped him establish a reputation for optimal outcomes. As a result, medical professionals refer a wide range of cases. These cases include routine and difficult cases related to orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Dr. Kazemi is an experienced clinical educator and practitioner in the field of physical therapy. He has been affiliated with the physical therapy program at Old Dominion University as a clinical professor/adjunct clinical faculty since 2006. This early commitment to an active lifestyle led Tiffany to pursue advanced education in orthopedics, enhancing her ability to contribute to community health.
